U.S. Coast Guard Seaman Jaiden Hartley, a rescue swimmer aboard Coast Guard Cutter Munro, recovers a simulated man overboard during a search-and-rescue exercise with the Philippine Coast Guard Aug. 31, 2021, in the West Philippine Sea.
