The first Friday of each month is a day blocked off for Foundational Readiness Day. FRD is a day given to leaders to develop deeper relationships with their Soldiers. The topics for Foundational Training Days include: suicide prevention; sexual-assault and sexual-harassment prevention; preventing racism and extremist behaviors; and encouraging diversity and Army Values.
Soldiers from 32nd Composite Truck Company, conducted team building exercises while having discussions about sexual-assault and sexual-harassment prevention. Each platoon was tasked with carrying four full water cans, a litter and each other through four different stations. Leaders at each station quizzed the Soldiers on a variety of SHARP scenarios. At the end of the training session, each Soldier painted their hand teal and signed a canvas. Their handprint and signature serve as their word to help fight sexual-assault and sexual-harassment in 32nd CTC and the Army. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
