Dr. Paolo Tripodi of the Lejeune Leadership Institute (LLI), reviews ethics research at the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Symposium held at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, Virginia, Aug. 11, 2021. The symposium provided sergeants major, master gunnery sergeants, U.S. Navy command master chiefs, and their spouses updates on Marine Corps programs that impact Marines, Sailors and their families. LLI develops leadership training, education and policies to facilitate the development of ethical leaders firmly rooted in Marine Corps heritage of selfless service, core values, and warfighting excellence.
