Laura Richardson, the commanding general of U.S. Army North, awards coins to Soldiers for excellence in performance of duties while visiting the Arrivals, Departures and Airfield Control Group, Biggs Army Airfield, Fort Bliss, Texas on Aug. 24, 2021.
