    Joint Interoperability Test Command

    Sgt. Maj. Lewis A. Brown inspects the blade of the noncommissioned officer’s sword, before he symbolically accepts responsibility as the senior enlisted leader of the Joint Interoperability Test Command during his change of responsibility ceremony here, Oct. 4. After placing the sword back in its scabbard, Brown accepts his charge to provide advice to guide JITC and for the well-being of the servicemembers, civilians and their families of JITC. The outgoing senior enlisted leader for JITC is Sgt. Maj. Cary A. Marshall, who retired during the ceremony.
