Cary A Marshall snaps of the noncommissioned officer’s sword back into its scabbard, symbolically cut his ties to the Joint Interoperability Test Command during his change of responsibility and retirement ceremony here, Oct. 4. After placing the sword back in its scabbard, Marshall passes the sword to Command Sgt. Maj. Donald G. Manley, the senior enlisted advisor for the Defense Information Systems Agency, who will then pass it to the incoming senior enlisted leader for JITC, Sgt. Maj. Lewis A. Brown.
