The Coast Guard Cutter Winslow Griesser rescues 48 Haitian migrants stranded on Monito Cay, Puerto Rico in the Mona Passage Aug. 12, 2021.  The migrants were transported to Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, where they transferred to U.S. Border Patrol custody and assisted by Emergency Medical Service personnel.  (U.S. Coast Guard photo)
