A group of Veterans from American Legion Karl Ross Post 16 listen to a briefing from Alexander Tsai of the Veteran Administration. The group, who have long advocated for the project, had an opportunity to look over architectural drawings before heading out for a tour of the VA Medical Complex in Stockton, CA, on June 30.
