CAMP RIPLEY, Minn. - Col. Keith Barta, chief of staff, U.S. Army Reserve 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) from Des Moines, Iowa, works inside of the rear command post at Camp Ripley, Minnesota, Aug 6, in support of V Corps' third command post exercise.
