ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Aug 6, 2021) Capt. Walter Brafford, outgoing commanding officer of Naval Health Clinic Annapolis, is relieved by Capt. Rachel Lewis, incoming commanding officer of Naval Health Clinic Annapolis, during Naval Health Clinic Annapolis’ change of command ceremony held in Mahan Hall at the U.S. Naval Academy. NHC Annapolis’ mission is to optimize the health and readiness of the brigade of midshipmen, active and reserve forces and all patients at its facilities in Annapolis, Maryland; Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; and Earle and Lakehurst, New Jersey.
