A U.S. Marine with Combat Logistics Regiment 37 directs military vehicles off of a cargo ship in preparation for Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 2013) at New Container Port 1, Subic Bay, Olangapo City, Zambales, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 28, 2012. PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and to strengthen interoperability.
