Master Sgt. Tyler Weir, 120th Airlift Wing, aerospace propulsion technician was named the Air National Guard Outstanding Non-commissioned Officer of the Year April 9, 2021 at Montana Air National Guard Base, Mont. MSgt Weir passed away earlier this year in a traffic accident and is remembered for his hard work, innovation and leadership.
