Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are assembling a large arched metal frame structure, likely a military tent or shelter framework. A female soldier wearing a helmet is prominently positioned lifting and securing an arched beam, while colleagues in yellow hard hats and work gloves assist. The activity appears to be a field training exercise or operational setup in an outdoor grassy area.
