Military personnel in camouflage uniforms and yellow hard hats are assembling a large modular tent structure on a concrete pad outdoors. The arched frame of the tent is erected while workers are in the process of pulling the canvas cover over the structure. A completed tent unit is visible in the background, suggesting this is a training or field setup exercise.
