Corey Peterson, a resident of Santee, Calif., a Marine veteran hosted by the Semper Fi Fund, uses a charged hose to fight a controlled fire at the New York City Fire Academy. A group of wounded warriors visited the academy located on Randall's Island on Sept. 29 to participate in firefighter training events put on by the Fire Department of the City of New York and the FDNY Marine Corps Association.
