A Soldier, who is leaving Germany soon, talks with Dorothee Frick at his home while a local shipping company packs his household goods. Frick is the lead quality control inspector and senior customs border clearance agent with the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Logistics Readiness Center Rheinland-Pfalz (Baumholder). Her job is to act as a liaison between the Soldiers and their families and the shipping companies that help with their move. Frick said moving can be challenging but preparation and knowledge helps.
