TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (April 30, 2021) Engineering Aid 2nd Class Austin Parry, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, surveys plot points and elevations in preparation for concrete pad placement at the Tinian Harbor. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
