TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (April 29, 2021) Construction Electrician Constructionman Jose Silva, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, measures trench depth for electrical cable burial at Camp Tinian. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
