Okinawa, Japan (June 3, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, set up a radio antenna at a simulated Expeditionary Advance Base on W-174 Joint Okinawa Training Range Complex, an uninhabited island off the coast of Okinawa, Japan, during joint exercise Poseidon’s Watchtower.
