1st Lt. Parker Mooney, Liaison Monitoring Team Chief (Area of Responsibility-Central), walks through downtown Pristina/Prishtinë, Kosovo, on May 5, 2021. Mooney began working for the Kosovo Force mission at the start of 2020 for the KFOR 27 rotation as the officer in charge of the Kilo 18 LMT based out of Camp Bondsteel.
