Billy Ward, the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center (NGMTC) outgoing command sergeant major, fires his final shot from the 15-yard line during the NGMTC Change of Responsibility (CoR) Ceremony on June 5. The CoR ceremony was held on a range at Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Arkansas, and it welcomes Evans who replaced Ward, who retired that weekend with over 40 years of service.
