Reid, the outgoing Commanding Officer of Headquarters and Service Battalion (HQSVCBN), Fleet Marine Force Atlantic (FMFLANT), U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM), U.S. Marine Corps Forces Northern Command (MARFORNORTH) accepts the colors from Sgt. Maj. Bradley S. Driver, Sergeant Major of HQSVCBN, FMFLANT, MARFORCOM, MARFORNORTH during the HQSVCBN change of command ceremony at the Camp Elmore Gymnasium in Norfolk, Virginia.
