A surface-supplied diver in full heavy diving gear, including a hard hat diving helmet, is seated on a dock or pier while a tender assists with equipment checks. The setting appears to be an industrial waterway or lock facility, with construction infrastructure visible in the background. The scene suggests a professional commercial or military diving operation being prepared.
