Veterans render salutes during afternoon formation while at East Bay Stand Down 2012 located at the Alameda Fairgrounds Pleasanton, Calif., Sept. 13-16, 2012. This program helps displaced, homeless, and needy Veterans and their families with legal issues, dental and medical care, substance abuse and mental health counseling, new clothing, benefits and many other services.
