The last vehicle rolls into the Community Vaccination Center (CVC) late May 2021 at Oakland, California, where California National Guardsmen from Joint Task Force 115 assisted vaccinating a half-million residents of the San Francisco Bay Area beginning in February. The area is home to roughly eight million of California’s 40-million population.
