In this image released by the United States Army Reserve, soldiers, family members and other guests take part in a reception marking a change of enlisted leadership of the 75th Training Command in Houston, Texas, Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012. The event recognized the departure of Command Sgt. Maj. Luther Thomas, Jr., as well as the arrival of Command Sgt. Maj. Ronnie Farmer. Command sergeants major serve as the senior enlisted advisers to the commanding officers of large Army units. When not engaging its primary mission to provide pre-deployment training to the senior staffs of large Army units, the 75th maintains an extensive family and soldier support program.
