U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Scottie Cox gives remarks during a change of charge ceremony on Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 17, 2021. Cox, a native of Salem, Ore., took charge as the 2d Marine Division (MARDIV) Command Master Chief from Master Chief Petty Officer Christopher Rebana.
