ARABIAN SEA (May 8, 2021) – Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Joseph Coleman, assigned to guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58), signals to a MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, attached to the “Dusty Dogs” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 7, during a vertical replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE-8) in the Arabian Sea, May 8. Laboon is operating with the IKE Carrier Strike Group while deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations and providing air power to protect U.S. and coalition forces as they conduct drawdown operation from Afghanistan.
