Staff Sgt. Norberto Domingo with 332nd Medical Brigade Headquarters, wins first place in the division-wide competition as the "3d MCDS Best Warrior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) 2021" and is awarded an Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM). The competition consisted of an Army Combat Fitness Test, day and night land navigation, tactical combat casualty care scenarios, rifle marksmanship, 12-mile foot march carrying a 35 pound backpack, along with a written essay and exam. The competition was held April 7-10, 2021 at Ft. McClellan, Ala.
