Soldiers of the Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 113th Field Artillery Regiment questioned a soldier after he was captured during a rehearsal for Joint Task Force Panther in Charlotte, N.C. The unit was a Rapid Reaction Force Reserve expected to be prepared to assist local authorities, if called upon, with 24-72 hours of notice.
