Soldiers of the Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 113th Field Artillery Regiment wrestled a fellow soldier to the ground as they trained for the possibility of having been called upon by local authorities to assist in Joint Task Force Panther during the Democratic National Convention. The soldiers are a part of a Rapid Reaction Force Reserve unit who were to be on call with as little as 24 hours notice.
