PACIFIC OCEAN (April 6, 2021) Chief Fire Controlman Zhihong Lin, left, translates Mandarin Chinese over bridge-to-bridge radio to a foreign vessel during an Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI) boarding mission aboard Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16).
