Johnnie Webb, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), Deputy Director of Outreach and Communications gives remarks during a memorial ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, April 7, 2021. The ceremony was held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of seven U.S. service members, and nine Vietnamese personnel who were lost in an MI-17 helicopter crash in Vietnam while conducting investigation work for a future recovery site.
