Leaders of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Deputy Director of Outreach and Communications, Johnnie Webb, Deputy Director for Operations, U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Darius Banaji, and Senior Enlisted Leader, U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Kerrick Loyd lay a wreath during a memorial ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, April 7, 2021. The ceremony was held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of seven U.S. service members, and nine Vietnamese personnel who were lost in an MI-17 helicopter crash in Vietnam while conducting investigation work for a future recovery site.
