PACIFIC OCEAN (March 22, 2021) — Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Zackery Doll, from Elk Mound, Wis., fires a messenger line from the weather deck of San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Portland (LPD 27) to Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Richard E.
