U.S. Navy Cmdr. Andy Litteral, Public Works Officer, and Marine Col. Frank McClintick, Weapons and Field Training Battalion Commanding Officer, escort the Honorable Thomas W. Harker, Acting Secretary of the Navy, through the new rifle ranges at Weapons and Field Training Battalion April 1, 2021 during his visit aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C. The visit provided an opportunity for Harker and the Chief of Staff for the Secretary of the Navy, Mr. Thomas Ross, to observe recruit training and interact with recruits and permanent personnel aboard the installation to better understand the operations, unique geography, environment, and facilities of the depot.
