    During a Fort Worth District site visit Aug. 28, Brig. Gen. Thomas W. Kula, commander, Southwestern Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, was briefed on the new Pavaho Pump Station inside the federally authorized Dallas Floodway System.
