Capt. Bobby Summers, master of USNS Ericsson (T-AO 194), supervises a replenishment at sea with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force’s, helicopter destroyer JS Ise (DDH 182). Ericsson provides critical supplies to U.S. Navy and partner nations’ ships operating in the Indo-Pacific Region. The fleet replenishment oiler is part of the U.S. Navy’s Combat Logistics force.
