One year ago on March 10, the Aberdeen Proving Ground Emergency Operations Center was activated continuously for the first time in years to facilitate communications about the COVID-19 pandemic. The operations center has successfully tracked, processed and coordinated thousands of pandemic-related pieces of information during the past year while working with reduced on-site personnel.
