One year ago on March 10, 2020, the Aberdeen Proving Ground Emergency
Operations Center was activated continuously for the first time in years to
facilitate communications about COVID-19 in support of the Soldier, family,
civilian and retiree population. The EOC provides direction and control,
resource support and information management under normal operations, and
additional response, recovery and critical information collection and
dissemination during an emergency.
