Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus (SECNAV) rides with sailors assigned to U.S. Africa Command as they conduct basic training evolutions from a rigid-hulled inflatable boat, near Manda Bay Naval Base in Kenya. While in Kenya, Mabus met with senior leaders and sailors and Marines to discuss security in the region and to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
