Col. James G. Flynn meets with Atsushi Sakima, the mayor of Ginowan City, aboard Marine Corps Air Station Futenma to sign a mutual agreement Aug. 23, allowing emergency vehicles from the city to pass through Futenma, facilitating faster emergency response. Flynn is the commanding officer of MCAS Futenma.
