Staff Sgt. Joseph Payne II , a career counselor assigned to the 56th Multifunctional Medical Battalion, 62nd Medical Brigade, I Corps, gets down low to maximize the number of push-ups he does for the Army Physical Fitness Test during the Corps' Career Counselor of the Year competition at Cowan Field, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Aug. 23.
