Connecticut Army National Guard Soldiers and instructor-trainers from U.S. Army TACOM conduct a home station Rapid Fielding Initiative for the 1-102D Infantry Regiment (Mountain) in Waterbury, Conn. on Feb. 24, 2021. This fielding of new uniforms and individual equipment was in preparation for the unit's upcoming deployment to the U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
