A military medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) training exercise is taking place on an open field. A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter marked with a red cross hovers overhead while groups of soldiers in camouflage uniforms attend to simulated casualties on the ground. The setting appears to be a military installation, identifiable by a water tower and structured facilities visible in the background.
