United States Army personnel are loading a casualty on a stretcher into a medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) helicopter, identifiable by the Red Cross symbol on its fuselage. Multiple soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are coordinating the patient transfer. This appears to be either a training exercise or an actual MEDEVAC operation.
