Roy Kitchener, Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, conducts a listening session on extremism within the ranks and discusses diversity and inclusion with shipboard commanding officers, executive officers and command master chiefs at the Naval Base San Diego theater.
