The North Country Troopers Assisting Troops (NCTAT) organization has impacted the lives of countless veterans in the area through outreach activities and charitable contributions since 2013. NCTAT members were presented with a certificate of appreciation from Fort Drum on Feb. 9, for their support of 10th Mountain Division (LI) Soldiers and their families.
