The Joint Base MDL’s 5/6 Council built more than 6,000 COVID-19 swab kits and helped support the 87th Medical Group’s testing capabilities for more than 20,000 members on base. The 5/6 Council is an Air Force private organization, however any military member within the NCO tier that is assigned to Joint Base MDL can join, to include members with a line number for E-5.
