Capt. Jacob Andvik, the battalion logistics officer for 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, places an arrow made of tape on the floor of the Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania Mobile Field Exchange Feb. 1, 2021. The arrow is one of the final touches made to the MFE before their opening day.
